A group of frustrated unemployed factory workers in the city of Sheffield in England discover male stripping as a new source of income and put together a striptease show. They are not exactly beauties, married, and not particularly talented in dancing. The rehearsals take place in complete secrecy, as somehow the whole thing is rather embarrassing. Someone even steps in as a promoter, but the question remains until shortly before the show: completely naked, or not at all?
This heartwarming comedy has rightfully received numerous awards, and the soundtrack is simply irresistible.
