A unique wine tasting with a view of the vines on which the wines are grown. The Königslay terraces offer a breathtaking view of the Moselle valley and the surrounding area. Terrace cultivation has a long tradition. The steep terraces are typical of the Moselle valley and a challenge for the winegrowers. The former Moselle regional wine queen and current wine consultant, Janine Reichert, will guide you professionally and competently through a personalised wine tasting and present the Moselle wines to you with great passion for wine

Meeting point: Königslay-Terrassen viewpoint, 56856 Zell (Mosel)

Note on the meeting point: The meeting point can be reached by hiking. Please take a look at the route in advance using a navigation system. Select the starting point of your choice and the destination: "Aussichtspunkt Königslay-Terrassen, 56856 Zell (Mosel). If you want to take the quickest route by public transport, get off at the bus stop ‘Brautrockstraße’ in 56859 Bullay. From there, walk 1.2 km (approx. 20 minutes) to the meeting point. If you are travelling by car, we recommend parking in the street ‘Zur Königslay, 56856 Bullay’. From there it is about a 10-minute walk to the viewing point.

Price: € 20.00 per person incl. various wines, sparkling wine (non-alcoholic varieties also available), water, snacks and information documents about the wine culture landscape

Payment: on site in cash or by card

Cancellation conditions: can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the event, within 24 hours before the event 100% must be paid

Note in case of bad weather: In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the Vinothek, Am Moselstausee 26a, in 56858 St. Aldegund. You will be informed of this in advance. You can easily reach the Vinothek by bus - get off at the bus stop ‘Römerstraße’ in St. Aldegund. Look for the right bus connection: www.vrminfo.de. There is also free parking directly at the vinotheque.
