General information

Directions

Start in Reil at the Mosel riverside, ride downstream along the left Mosel side towards Zell, passing the Pünderich hillside viaduct, the Pünderich and Briedel ferries to the Zell adventure pool, then going under the Zeller car bridge to the pedestrian bridge Zell. Over this bridge the Mosel is crossed, and you are right in the middle of Zell with plenty of gastronomy, the Schwarze-Katz fountain and the Round Tower. The return route goes via the roundabout at the Mosel bridge to the bike path via Briedel and Pünderich back to Reil, with Pünderich with its historic old town and the gastronomy at the bike path still worth a stop.

There are no significant climbs on the entire route.

Safety Guidelines

Caution when crossing the roundabout at the Zeller car bridge, as well as the federal road before Reil
