A bike route suitable for kids. Along the Moselle and Sauer, you cycle on a flat, separate cycle path. The highlight is the ferry crossing from Luxembourg to Germany.

The cycle route runs always close to the water along the Moselle and Sauer. Mostly asphalted and separated from car traffic, the cycle route is largely flat and without inclines, making the route ideal for a bike ride with children.

In Konz, you cross the Moselle via the railway bridge and pass Igel, known for the "Igeler Säule" – a Roman tomb monument. In Wasserbilligerbrück you follow the Sauer Cycle Route on the German side before crossing the bridge to Luxembourg in Langsur.

On the Luxembourg side, cycle back to Wasserbillig. With the electric solar ferry "Sankta Maria II" you cross over to the German side of the Moselle and cycle downstream past the confluence of the Saar and Moselle back to Konz.

The start and end of the route is the town of Konz. Particularly interesting are the Roscheider Hof open-air museum and a great adventure playground directly on the Moselle bank.
