The magic of the pilgrimage site "Marienhöhe" and the romantic Liebesschlucht in Zellerland.
The circular hiking trail leads through the forest up to the pilgrimage site Marienhöhe, where hikers are greeted with a wonderful view into the valley. Through the forest and past vineyards, it then goes down into the Liebesschlucht and along the steep rock walls and the babbling creek back to Zell (Mosel).
Start: "Zeller Schwarze Katz" fountain at the marketplace – follow Marktstraße uphill - Zeller Kehr up - past the square tower - then keep right towards Marienhöhe - turn right towards Förster-Kircher-Pfad - at the intersection turn left onto Förster-Kircher-Pfad – path downhill to the right - cross the B421 – continue downhill, keep left before the forester's house - along the Linischbach through the gorge - after the gorge keep right past Breuers Mill until the Mosel riverbank - here turn right back to the starting point.

Pilgrimage site Marienhöhe with a beautiful view of the valley and the district of Barl.
Cross to the other side of the Mosel via the B53 (Bullay double-decker bridge or Zell-Kaimt road bridge), continue straight ahead until you reach the town hall Zell (Mosel), Balduinstr. 44, 56856 Zell (Mosel).

Free parking in the streets "Brandenburg" and "Am Bahnhof".
