Oldest Houses in Zell
House Müllen, located at Balduinstr. 37, built in 1532, served as a Kurtrierian manor house. On the massive ground floor, two prominent timber-framed floors are built with a beautiful Baroque door.
House Bohn, located at Balduinstr. 32, built in 1535 in the Late Gothic style. Here you can admire the geometric tracery with its pointed arches, the partially surrounding tracery friezes, small gables (decorative gables), and various putti in stylized vine-leaf and bud work.
House Flottwell in Zell-Merl, Hauptstr. 32, built with rubble stone masonry in 1260.
The timber framing dates from 1480, and the plank wall from 1565.
