The town of Pünderich is a picturesque spa town located directly on the Moselle and away from the main road. There are hotels and guesthouses as well as restaurants. A ferry operates in the summer months to the other side of the Moselle, expanding the hiking routes. Pünderich also has a dock for Moselle shipping. Excursions by boat are possible. Directly below the apartment, there is a bike path and hiking trail. Excursions to the lower or upper Moselle are recommended.

You are renting a whole, separate holiday apartment. The apartment is open and flooded with light. It is laid out on two levels, a maisonette apartment. Downstairs, there is the living area with an open kitchen, access to the balcony, the bathroom, and the separate sleeping area. A staircase leads to the loft. There is the second sleeping opportunity on a pull-out sofa bed. There is another sofa bed in the TV corner with armchairs. Upstairs, there is also a table with chairs and a dresser. The loft is spacious with various quiet seating areas.
The apartment is serviced by a professional cleaning service. Bed linen and towels are included. The cleaning service is charged extra as a flat fee.
Since the apartment has tiled flooring, the loft has laminate flooring, and both are cleaned wet, the apartment is allergy-friendly. Pets are not allowed.
There are no additional costs for underfloor heating, electricity, and water.
Access to the house and the apartment is through a key safe. This is located behind the sign at the designated parking space in front of the house. The code will be communicated via email before arrival. The guest receives the house key, the apartment key, and the basement key. Since no personal contact is required, check-in can be handled flexibly from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the guest returns the key to the safe, and it will then be picked up by the cleaning service.
