Payment terms:
A deposit of 50% is due by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
The balance is due on-site upon arrival.
Please provide the booking number as a reference in the transfer.
For last-minute bookings within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is due upon arrival.
Leaving the holiday apartment:
Please empty all garbage into the designated garbage bins to the left of the house before checking out on the day of departure.
The apartment must be left broom clean. Cleaning supplies such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, dustpans, and brushes are located in the hallway in front of the holiday apartment.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30-14 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due.
From 13 days before arrival, 70% of the rental price is due.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Check-Out by 11 AM
Please inquire if you can check into the apartment earlier on the day of arrival. Depending on availability, this may be possible. The key handover takes place in person, as we also live in the house. Alternatively, it is also possible via a key code, which we will send you in writing before your arrival. The key safe is located directly next to the front door.

You go straight through the first hallway door, then directly left down the stairs. You will see the white entrance door with the sign "Bergblick" vacation apartment.
