Our kitchen is deliberately down-to-earth and regionally influenced. Look forward to typical Mosel dishes and hearty home cooking that will leave you full and satisfied. This includes classics like our fresh vintner salad, traditional Gräwes, or our popular wild boar sausage from a local hunter in the Hunsrück. Honest, hearty, and just right for a good glass of wine.
Since the beginning of 2025, Uncle Tom's Cabin will be continued under new management together with the Lenz winery, with the aim of preserving the tried and tested while simultaneously introducing new impulses. We want to create a place that people love to return to. Our goal is to create a venue that appeals to guests of all ages: hikers, wine lovers, families, and anyone looking to experience the Mosel in its relaxed, authentic manner.
