Whether after a hike on the Moselsteig or as a destination for a relaxing outing: Come by, lean back, and leave everyday life behind for a moment. Our cuisine is deliberately down-to-earth and regionally inspired. Look forward to typical Mosel dishes and hearty home cooking that leaves you full and satisfied. This includes classics like our fresh winemaker's salad, traditional Gräwes, or our popular wild boar sausage from a local hunter in the Hunsrück. Since the beginning of 2025, Uncle Tom's Cabin will continue under new management in collaboration with the Lenz Winery, aiming to preserve the established while also setting new impulses. We want to create a place that people like to return to. Our goal is to establish a venue that appeals to guests of all ages: hikers, wine lovers, families, and anyone who wants to experience the Mosel in its relaxed, authentic way. In the summer of 2026, the old name "Uncle Tom's Cabin" will be replaced by "bullvue".
