Our kitchen is deliberately down-to-earth and regionally inspired. Look forward to Moselle typical dishes and hearty home-cooked meals that are satisfying and filling. This includes classics such as our fresh winemaker salad, traditional Gräwes, or our popular wild boar sausage from a local hunter from the Hunsrück. Honest, hearty, and just the right thing to pair with a good glass of wine.
Since the beginning of 2025, Uncle Tom's Hut has been continued under new management together with the Lenz winery, with the aim of preserving the tried and tested while also setting new impulses. We want to create a place that invites you to return. Our goal is to create a space that appeals to guests of all ages: hikers, wine lovers, families, and anyone who wants to experience the Moselle in its relaxed, authentic way.
