Third documentary feature film from the "Checker Tobi" series, in which Tobi embarks on a fascinating journey.

While clearing out the basement, Tobi and Marina come across an old video recording. In it, Tobi, as an 8-year-old boy, hosts a self-invented show about his favorite topic: the Earth in our soils. The video ends with a riddle question – the very first Checker question: Who leaves the most powerful traces in the soil? Tobi has forgotten the answer. As the question from the past lingers on his mind, his younger self suddenly appears to him. The 8-year-old Tobi challenges today's Tobi: Remember the answer! And prove that you are still a checker. The search for the answer takes him into the unique animal and plant life of Madagascar, deep into the permafrost of Spitsbergen, and in the footsteps of the ancient Maya to Mexico. But only when he understands what connects the soils of all his stations and how they relate to all of us can he give an answer to his greatest challenger yet.
