Breathtaking views and fascinating cultural history. In no other town on the Moselle is viticulture as present as in Zell. In the heart of the town, just a few meters from the town hall, the vines grow on sunny steep slopes on mineral-rich slate soils. Zell (Mosel) deserves the title "Wine Town" due to its excellent, multi-award-winning wines and long history of viticulture. Cat paws mark the themed hiking trail, which provides information about viticulture in Zell (Mosel) and the history of the "Zeller Schwarze Katz".

Directions
The starting point of the 3 km long hiking trail is the "Zeller Schwarze Katz" fountain at the marketplace. From here, you walk straight ahead uphill past the town hall and follow the cat paw prints into the Zeller Schwarze Katz vineyard, which mark the themed trail.
Equipment
Themed hiking trail in Zellerland is one of the few paths along the Moselle that can also be hiked with a stroller.
Tip
Those who like it sporty can make a detour via the Collis steep path with a climbing trail to the Collis tower.
Getting there
Cross over the B53 to the opposite Moselle side (via the Bullay double-deck bridge or the Zell-Kaimt road bridge). Then always straight ahead to the height of the town hall Zell (Mosel), Balduinstr. 44, 56856 Zell (Mosel)
