The road racing route starts in Zell (Mosel) and leads over the Hunsrück to the Mosel at Traben-Trarbach and back to the starting point.
The challenging road racing route in the Zellerland starts at the Mosel and leads up into the Hunsrück. The route runs hilly through numerous small Hunsrück villages until a long descent takes you to the Mosel town of Traben-Trarbach. On the Traben side, the Mosel cycle path leads back to Zell (Mosel).
Start: Markplatz Zell (Mosel) - Briedel - Briedeler Heck - Raversbeuren - Lötzbeuren - Irmenach - Beuren - Kleinich - Longkamp - Kautenbach - Trarbach - Enkirch - Burg - Reil - Pünderich - Briedel - Zell (Mosel)
Please use the bike path along the Mosel. Observe traffic rules, watch out for other road users, and ride at an appropriate speed, especially on descents. Be considerate of other cyclists and pedestrians.
A visit to the Mosel town of Traben-Trarbach is worthwhile.
Cross the B53 to the opposite Mosel side (via the double-deck Bullay bridge or the Zell-Kaimt car bridge). Then go straight to the market square (town hall, Balduinstr. 44, 56856 Zell (Mosel)).

By train to Bullay and then with lines 720, 721 or 750 to Zell (Mosel), Lindenplatz.
