The circular route provides information about the history and the multifaceted cultural-historical heritage of Freudenburg. At 9 stations, not only medieval but also modern objects of Jewish life can be explored.
The circular route connects the historic sights of Freudenburg and provides information on 9 information boards about the exciting history of the town. Stations include the village square and town gate, synagogue square, Maximiner official's house, neo-Gothic church and baroque parsonage, Maximiner tithe barn, Freudenburg Castle, town gate and tower house, market square, and the Jewish cemetery.

No hiking equipment is required for this walk.
Short barrier-free path on continuously paved paths. The parish church is accessible at ground level. Stations 6 (castle complex) and 9 (Jewish cemetery) can only be reached via staircases. Return route via town gate and Balduinstraße is recommended.
You can reach Freudenburg by car via the B 407 and the L 131.
Ample parking is available at the starting point at the village square.
You can reach Freudenburg by bus lines 241, 245, 246, 248.
