You can expect a hike in the vineyard "Ayler Kupp", the district Biebelhausen, along the Saar cycle path, over the heights of Niederleuken to the Ferienpark Warsberg.
In the middle of the rectangle Trier-Saarbrücken-Metz-Luxembourg lies the Rhineland-Palatinate community of Ayl on the western Saar shore. Please note that this hiking trail is not a certified premium trail and there is no continuous signage of the route. Furthermore, the path partly runs on paved farm roads and not on narrow paths.
Please note that there are few opportunities to stop for refreshments along the route around Ayl. Therefore, remember to bring enough backpack provisions.

A detour from Leuker Kreuz to the Kreuzberg viewing platform is worth it! Here you enjoy a fabulous view of Saarburg and the vineyards.
You reach Ayl via the B51 and get to the district Biebelhausen via Biebelhausener Street
Free parking is available at the chapel in Biebelhausen.
