The mosaic created from the artist Monika Nicolay-Bolle from Zeltingen-Racting and at the 06.12.99 transfered the public.
Displayed are i.a. the weapons of the city Zell and the three twin cities (Antoinig, Triptis, Crépy-en-Valois), the emblems of the city (round tower, quadrangular tower, black cat fountain), the sinuosity of the Mosel, the hunger cross, deathsman cross, descriptions of t
he time of the Romans and the Celts, the accomplishment of the cities fortification 1229.
