With our consciously natural wine production we protect the flora and fauna in the vineyards. Bee-friendly flowers and insect-friendly hotels also offer our little friends a home.

Responsibility for our Soils

A healthy & vital soil is our future. Therefore, we only use necessary quantities of organic fertilizer (compost, marc, etc. ) and refrain completely from artificial fertilizers. In addition, we rely on deep-rooted plants that naturally loosen the soil. Gentle wine-growing in the cellar
