The Schier winery is a family-run business located on the Moselle with locations in Zell and Reil. The focus is on sustainable Piwi grape varieties as well as classic Moselle wines like Riesling. The goal is to produce characterful and simultaneously more climate-friendly wines that modernly interpret the region.
In addition to viniculture, the winery offers wine tastings, insights into vineyard work, and guided wagon rides through the Moselle landscape. The wines are created with a lot of manual labor, passion, and a clear focus on quality and sustainability.
Schier's wine bar & vinotheque in Reil is the modern enjoyment spot of the Schier wine family. In a stylish atmosphere with a view of the Moselle, selected wines from their own production are served – from classic Riesling to innovative Piwi varieties. The wine bar merges contemporary design with regional wine traditions and caters to connoisseurs, day-trippers, and vacation guests alike.
