111 new places to marvel at along the Moselle

“111 Places Along the Moselle You Must See” by Peter Bieg and Angelina Fischer will be published.
A grave for a lonely heart, the Notre Dame of the Moselle, the agents' estate, peeing giants, a house as a champagne bottle – all this and much more can be discovered along the Moselle. This book showcases unembellished, rustic, eerie, and largely unknown places along the river. Some are of peculiar beauty, but above all, they are one thing: special. And characteristic of a diverse cultural landscape on and in the river.
The new volume from the popular “111 Places” series by the Cologne-based Emons Verlag takes readers on a journey along the river. Those who think of “Moselle” only in terms of wine, cycle paths, and locks will learn to rethink and see the region with different eyes.
“111 Places Along the Moselle You Must See” is written by two authors who not only live directly by the river but also share their personal fascination for the region and invite others to see the seemingly familiar in a new light – and to discover what has not yet been uncovered.
