Advent market around the market square and in the town hall cellar
The town of Zell kicks off the Christmas season on 29 November with an Advent market and the wonderful fairytale parade organised by Zell's ‘Gewerbeverein’. From 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., the small, fine Advent market around the market square and in the town hall cellar offers handicrafts, decorative items and lovingly handmade Christmas and gift articles. At 5:30 pm, the popular fairytale parade starts with numerous colourfully illuminated groups and floats through Zell's old town.
