The Tourismus GmbH, jointly run by the town of Zell (Mosel) and the municipality of Zell (Mosel) jointly run by the town of Zell (Mosel) and the municipality of Zell (Mosel) a central contact point for visitors and guests in the town of Zell. The association municipality of Zell (Mosel) comprises 24 local communities, 17 of which are in the Hunsrück, including Sosberg with the Geierlay suspension rope bridge, and 7 on the Moselle,
including the town of Zell (Mosel).

General Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks will include
- Personnel, organisational and economic management of the company
- Significant contribution to the implementation of the tourism concept and impetus for the tourism development of the Zell region and the company
- Actively representing tourism interests vis-à-vis stakeholders in politics, regional tourism agencies, hosts and local tourist offices
- Expansion of internal marketing and networking with tourism stakeholders
- Planning and organising individual events
- Trusting cooperation with the supervisory board as well as the association and city mayors
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of tourism and economics or in another relevant discipline
- Several years of experience in destination management
- Motivation and ability to lead employees successfully and appreciatively
- Ability to make decisions and strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, winning demeanour, strong negotiating skills
- Innovative spirit and commercial orientation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
