Thank you for booking with us. The following advice and conditions regulate the relationship between you as the visitor and us as the tour operator. These conditions are valid for the business agreement between us.


Travel Documents

You will receive the vouchers for the booked programme and the corresponding details about the programme on your arrival at the tourist information office, or in the case of a hotel package deal directly from the hotel management.


1.1. Validity of the General Conditions of Business and Conclusion of Travel Agreement
The travel agreement is formed after booking has been made in writing using the form    •Travel Booking•. The travel agreement shall be valid after you have received written confirmation from the tour operator.
1.2. All arrangements and agreements or particular requirements concerning this agreement shall be formed in writing and shall be considered as binding when they have been incorporated into the booking and confirmation.
1.3. The booking is binding for the visitor for a period of 4 weeks. The tour operator has the obligation to send a confirmation within this period. Short-term bookings made less than 10 working days before the commencement of the reservation shall represent a legal agreement through the immediate confirmation or acceptance of the reservation respectively.
1.4. Telephone reservations shall become binding once you have signed the written notice and returned it immediately to the tour operator, who shall send a confirmation forthwith. Should a signed written notice not be returned immediately or at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the written notice, the tour operator is has the right to withdraw from the reservation under the condition that the person booking has failed to return the notice despite renewed reminder. The same applies to online bookings.
1.5. Should the confirmation not correspond to your reservation this shall be considered as a new reservation which shall be binding for the tour operator for a period of 10 days and which you must accept in writing within this period. Should this not occur the agreement shall be considered void.
1.6 The booking shall apply to the person booking and all named persons therein.
   
2. Payments
2.1 Payment of the total amount must be made through the person booking at the latest 21 days  before the start of the holiday by transfer of the full amount to the account of the tour operator.  (see Bank Accounts page 28)
2.2 Short-term bookings must be paid in full immediately on receipt of the confirmation. In exceptional cases of short-term bookings full payment may be made at the tourist information office Zeller Land, Rathaus, 56856 Zell(Mosel) on prior arrangement.

3. 3. What we offer
The extent of what we offer is laid down in the description of the respective package deal programmes and the corresponding confirmation. The details as given in the package deal programme shall be binding for the tour operator. However, the tour operator reserves the right to make any relevant amendments owing to factually correct but unforeseeable circumstances unknown prior to the conclusion of the contract and about which you will be duly notified before final booking.

4. 4. Promise and Prices
Any change or amendment to programme promises included in the travel agreement which were necessary after conclusion of the contract and which do not counteract the principles of good faith shall only be acceptable in so far as the changes or amendments are not of serious nature and that the entire concept of the holiday shall not be endangered. We will immediately inform you of any change or amendment and if necessary, cover the costs of any change in bookings or offer a free withdrawal from the arrangement.
